As soon as you find out we’ve sent you an incorrect item, please go to the returns form to print out a personalised return label for your item. Send the incorrect item back to us using this return label and we’ll make sure you are not charged for it. If you want us to replace the item we sent you with the item you ordered, choose the "Replacement" option on the returns form, and we'll send you the correct item by return (subject to stock).
Please note
(a) We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return, this may take up to two weeks.
(b) We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return any items.
(c) All physical goods returned MUST have a valid Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Please use the appropriate returns form (as described above) to generate your RMA number and mark it clearly on the returned package. If a return package is delivered to Us without a valid RMA number we may not be able to accept delivery.
- 2. Coaching Holidays
- Coaching holidays can be booked by paying a non-refundable deposit and/or the full amount.
You can cancel your place on a coaching holiday at any time for a full refund (minus deposit) upto
2 months before the holiday is due to start. If you cancel between 2 months and 1 month we will
refund 50% of cost of the holiday (minus any deposit paid). If you cancel within 1 month of the
start date of the holiday no refund will be given.
Please note
(a) You may transfer or exchange your booking with another person at any time, provided they meet the required minimum standard for the holiday in question. If you do this we would need to be informed as soon as possible so that we can send out any relevant information to the new participant and assess their suitability to attend. Any special offers e.g. A free training plan, may not apply to the person with whom you have swapped your place with. You will be solely responsible for collecting any monies you have paid for the holiday from the new participant. We reserve the right to refuse coaching to the new participant if they do not meet the required standards.
(b) We’re here to help. If you find that you cannot attend the holiday that you have booked for any reason, you are within the limited refund period, and are having trouble finding a person to exchange with, we can help you sell your place if you wish by advertising it on our website. If a booking is taken for your place we will arrange contact between yourself and the purchaser for you to arrange transfer of monies and/or flights etc. As in (a) above, you will be solely responsible for collecting any monies you have paid for the holiday from the new participant. We reserve the right to refuse coaching to the new participant if they do not meet the required standards. We will always sell our places first. Once all the places on the holiday that you booked (and wish to sell) have been filled we will help to arrange the transfer of places already booked on a first come, first served basis.
- 3. One to One Coaching
- Changes to your booked session e.g. cancellation, re-scheduling, different coach etc, can be made
upto 24 hours before they are due to start at no cost (for a cancellation a full refund or credit will
be issued as you prefer). New session times will be arranged subject to your coaches' availability.
If you wish to change the coach that you have booked your session with, you may need to re-schedule your
session, subject to your new coaches' availability.
If you cancel on the day, please give us as much notice as possible. We will usually offer a refund, credit or reshceduled session. If your cancellation is extremely short notice, we may need to charge a fee (up to the full amount of the session booked) to cover our costs, which we will inform you of at the time.
You can exchange your session with another person at any time, but do please let us know that you have done so.
- 4. Group Masterclasses
- If you pre-pay online for a group masterclass, you may cancel at any time up to one hour before
the start of the session and receive either a full refund, credit or transfer to another session, as you
wish.
- 5. Personal Training Programmes
- You may cancel a request for a training programme at any time before its first use for a
full refund, minus an administration fee of 20% of the cost of the programme. ’First use’
will be deemed to be the date and time that you log in to access your programme for the first time or
if the programme is emailed to you, when we have sent you the notification email.
- 6. Coaching courses
- If for any reason a student needs to cancel the course this can be done with over 14 days notice,
and a full refund will be issued. At this stage the Climbing Centre concerned will make an assessment
to endure that there are enough students to make the course viable, and if not, a full refund will be
sent to all students. If between 8 and 14 days notice of cancellation is given by the student then a
50% refund will be made to cover the cost of the hotel booking and instructor fees. If less than 8 days
notice is given then no refund can be offered, however the places are transferable, therefore any person
in need of cancelling the course can nominate another person to go in their stead with no charge.
If you transfer your place to another person, you will be solely responsible for collecting any monies
from that person.
